Pleb is built on Robinhood Chain. It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its affiliates. Stock Tokens are issued by a third party under Regulation S. They are not offered to US persons and are restricted in other places, including Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The issuer can pause a Stock Token, block an address or burn tokens from any address.

Payouts here come from trading fees and depend on trading activity. They can be zero. Nothing here is financial advice or an offer of securities. Coins launched on the Street are Pons coins, and the Pons owner can redirect any coin's fees after a 3-day timelock.

How the Hat pays Plebs

Four steps, all on chain.

  1. The Hat fills. 10% of every Street fee, 50% of $PLEBS's own fees and 90% of every mint surcharge (the other 10% goes to the protocol) land in the Hat.
  2. The Hat buys. Once the Hat holds 0.005 ETH, the keeper buys the next Stock Token in the lineup, at most 0.5 ETHper buy, under a Chainlink price floor.
  3. Every Pleb gets the same. What the Hat bought is divided by the number of Plebs and credited to each Book. The remainder rolls into the next buy.
  4. Owners claim. The stock waits in the Book until the Pleb's owner claims it. See your Books.

When a new Pleb mints, what is already in the Hat is banked into existing Books first, so a new Pleb only shares in buys made after it exists. The owner can change the lineup, but only to stocks the config has enabled.
